ADHD GROUP COACHING FOR WOMEN

GET IT DONE, GIRL!

For women who already know what to do…
but sometimes still can’t bloody do it.
SAME BRILLIANT YOU.
DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCES.
YOU’VE DONE THE RESEARCH.
01
READ THE BOOKS
02
LISTENED TO THE PODCASTS
03
SAVED THE POSTS
And you’ve probably found strategies that genuinely help.
BUT THEN… LIFE.
WORK GETS RIDICULOUS
CAPACITY DROPS
KIDS ARE OFF SCHOOL
MOVING HOUSE
BURNT OUT
EVERYTHING. EVERYWHERE. ALL AT ONCE.
Something that worked perfectly well three months ago suddenly… doesn’t.

You haven’t failed.

You might just need to work out what’s changed.

SAME GOALS.
A MORE SUPPORTIVE
WAY TO GET THERE.
Real conversations
real progress

You don’t need
another
productivity
system.

And you definitely don’t need another
person explaining ADHD to you.

Get It Done, Girl! is a small ADHD group coaching community for women with ADHD and AuDHD who want something between going it alone and regular 1:1 coaching.

Same brain.
Different approach.
It’s somewhere you can turn up and say:
“This is my thing.”
The thing you’ve been moving from one to-do list to another for three weeks.
The conversation you know you need to have.
The decision you keep going round in circles about.
The admin task that has somehow become A Whole Thing™.
Or the strategy that used to work brilliantly and suddenly… doesn’t.
You don’t have to spend the first twenty minutes explaining why it’s difficult.
We get to start with the interesting bit:
what’s making it difficult right now?
Less
overwhelm.
More you.
Curious.
Not
judgemental.
Always.

Because ADHD doesn’t disappear
when you understand it.

You can make huge progress and still have difficult days.
You can manage something brilliantly and still unexpectedly struggle next week.
You can know exactly what would help and still not be able to make yourself do it.
That doesn’t mean
you’ve gone backwards.
Life changed. Your capacity changed. The demands changed.
So the approach might need to change too.

Get It Done, Girl! gives you somewhere to notice that without immediately deciding you’re the problem.

We get curious about what’s changed, untangle what’s getting in the way and work out what might help now.

For the things that
have become
A Whole Thing.

SAME BRILLIANT BRAIN.
01

Sometimes it’s fear.

02

Sometimes it’s perfectionism.

03

Sometimes you’ve got seventeen decisions hiding inside what looked like one simple task.

04

Sometimes you’re overwhelmed, exhausted or expecting yourself to function at a level your current capacity simply doesn’t allow.

05

And sometimes you’ve accidentally made something approximately 900% more complicated than it needs to be.

The point isn’t to sit around agreeing that everything is hard.
Feeling understood matters – but I want this community to be useful too.

We’ll explore what’s happening with curiosity and compassion, then look for a realistic way forward.

1 Notice
what’s happening.
→
2 Get curious
about why.
→
3 Find a realistic
next step.
Not necessarily finishing the whole thing. Maybe just making it feel a little less impossible.

What happens inside
Get It Done, Girl!?

The exact format is being shaped as the community develops, but the plan includes:

01

Monthly group
coaching

Bring the thing you’re stuck on. We’ll look beneath the task itself, explore what might actually be getting in the way and help you work out a realistic next step.

02

Monthly intentions
+ check-in

A chance to decide what matters next – and come back to what happened last time. What moved forward? What didn’t? What got in the way? And was the problem actually you… or did the expectations you set bear absolutely no resemblance to the life you were living that month?

03

Co-working +
body doubling

Optional sessions for the times when talking about doing the thing has reached its natural conclusion and it would be quite nice to actually do the thing.

04

A community
that gets it

Support between sessions from other women who understand that being capable and struggling with something are not mutually exclusive. No lengthy explanations required.

05

Useful
resources

A small, practical library of resources to support the work we’re doing together. No enormous content vault you'll immediately feel guilty about never opening.

Small. Useful. Supportive.
♡

Designed to help you actually move things forward –
not just collect more information.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

This might be
for you if…

You’re a woman with ADHD or AuDHD and you’re pretty self-aware about how your brain works.

You know your ADHD pretty well.

Maybe you’ve had coaching before. Maybe you’ve done a lot of figuring things out by yourself.

You’ve learnt things that help.

You’ve found strategies, approaches and ways of doing things that genuinely make a difference.

But you’re tired of feeling like you should have it all sorted by now.

You want somewhere you can be honest.

Somewhere you can say you’re struggling without having to explain yourself or prove that the struggle is real.

Because yes...

Capable women
still:

Forget to reply
to the WhatsApp.

Go round in circles
over the decision.

Cannot start the
ten-minute task.

Being understood would be lovely.

But you don’t want to
stay stuck there.

You want support to work out what’s going on and what you can actually do next.

That’s who I’m building this for.
COME AS YOU ARE

Not another place where you have to pretend you’re doing brilliantly.

You don’t have to turn up with a success story. And you definitely don’t have to turn up having done everything you said you would last month.

Something worked brilliantly…

and then stopped working?

We can talk about it.

You’ve avoided something

for approximately six weeks?

We can talk about it.

You’re doing loads better overall…

but this week has been an absolute bin fire?

We can talk about that too.

There’s no expectation that once you learn how to support yourself, everything becomes easy forever.

Progress can fluctuate.
So can capacity.
So can the support you need.
NOW OPEN

Get It Done, Girl!
is officially live.

I’ve spent quite enough time thinking about this one.

Eight years, apparently.

So rather than disappearing for another six months to build the world’s most perfect ADHD community before anybody is allowed to see it, I decided to do things differently.

I started small.

Get It Done, Girl! is an intentionally small, facilitated community with space for people to actually know each other, talk honestly and get useful support.

And I’m shaping it with the women it’s actually designed for as we go.

OKAY. WE’RE
ACTUALLY DOING IT.
WANT IN?
