You’re great at what you do. Your clients love working with you. You know your stuff.
But then there’s all the other stuff that comes with running a business.
Making approximately 700 decisions a day.
You know what needs doing. You might even know exactly how to do it. But actually doing it consistently is another matter entirely.
ADHD business coaching gives us space to work out what’s making those parts of running your business so difficult – and what might actually make them easier.
We focus on systems and strategies that fit you, your business and the reality of your life.
Clear priorities, calmer workflows and a business that feels more manageable.
Create a business that supports your life – and your goals.
✦
You started your business because you wanted to do more of the work you’re brilliant at.
Unfortunately, nobody mentioned quite how much other stuff comes with it.
Putting off invoicing even though you quite literally need the money
Leaving an email unanswered while simultaneously thinking about it every single day
Forgetting to follow up with people who were genuinely interested in working with you
Feeling unprofessional because you can’t seem to market yourself consistently
Waiting for a stress-inducing deadline before your brain finally decides it’s go time
Wondering if you have the worst time management skills known to man
Losing hours trying to decide what you should actually be doing first
Swinging between periods of intense productivity and complete exhaustion
Finding rejection or feedback much harder to shake off than you’d like
Saying yes to work without properly considering whether you actually have capacity for it
Spending so much time running the business that there’s barely any energy left for the work you started it to do
Feeling like you should be able to handle it all — but you can’t
And you don’t necessarily need another productivity system either.
It’s what’s making this particular part of your business difficult for you?
ADHD business coaching is one-to-one coaching focused on the practical and emotional reality of running a business when you have ADHD or AuDHD.
And no, I’m not going to teach you how to scale to seven figures, build a team of twenty or start waking up at 5am.
Unless that’s genuinely what you want.
A lot of the people I work with already know what they’re supposed to be doing.
They know they should invoice promptly. Follow up with leads. Post consistently. Plan ahead. Check their numbers. Stop saying yes to everything.
The interesting bit is working out why you’re not doing it, even when you know it’s important.
Jobs you repeatedly put off
Why routines work... until they suddenly don’t
What makes certain decisions feel impossible
Where they’re actually going
Ideas you’ve picked up about how a “proper” business owner works
What certain tasks bring up for you
What changed?
The aim is to find ways of running your business that are realistic for you and the capacity you actually have.
This is something I see all the time.
Maybe you should post on Instagram five times a week.
Maybe you should time-block every minute of your day.
Maybe you should have a perfect CRM, batch your content three months in advance and leap out of bed at 5am ready to tackle your morning routine.
One of the most useful things we can do in coaching is separate what your business genuinely needs from you from all the rules and expectations you’ve absorbed along the way.
Sometimes the task isn’t actually the problem.
It’s the way you’re forcing yourself to do it.
If there’s something about running your business that keeps tripping you up, we can start there.
I also support eligible clients through Access to Work funding.
It’s different for everyone. But these are some of the places we might start...
Turn overwhelm into action without burning yourself out.
Work with your focus and energy, not against them.
Create simple, flexible ways of working that actually stick.
Build a business that feels good to run — not just one that looks good on paper.
ADHD business coach
I’m an EMCC-accredited ADHD and neurodiversity coach and a late-diagnosed ADHDer.
I’m also a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and currently completing an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching.
Before moving into coaching, I spent more than 20 years working in operational roles, so I understand the practical side of getting things done, managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and dealing with responsibilities that don’t conveniently disappear when your capacity does.
And I understand ADHD from the inside too.
Learning how to better support my own ADHD made me fascinated by the gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it – something I now see again and again with the people I coach.
I’m not here to tell you how you should run your business.
I’m here to help you work out what’s getting in the way and what might actually work better for you.
I also support eligible clients through Access to Work funding.
Real-world strategies that fit your brain and your business.
I get both the neurodivergent experience and the realities of running a business.
No rigid formulas. Just curiosity, compassion and solutions that actually work for you.
Real words from people I’ve supported through ADHD coaching, business challenges and figuring out what actually works for them.

Sarah is truly one-of-a-kind. I have been in and out of therapists and psychiatrists offices since I was 14, always trying to find the right support. Finally at 30, I received my late-diagnosis and things started to make sense. Sadly, I didn’t have and couldn’t find the adequate support to help me thru the transition of mourning the loss of who I once was (heavily masking and not having the language for my sensitive nervous system) to who I really am, a neurodivergent person who didn’t know how to authentically show up as themself nor knew how. I wanted to explore other options besides therapy to work thru some challenges I had, so I landed on AuDHD coaching and found Sarah. She was not only empathic, kind, and warm but her lived experience, knowledge, and years of experience really shine through. If you’re neurodivergent, whether late-diagnosed, suspecting, or never fully receiving the right support, she’s a wonderful choice to help you feel at home in your skin. I couldn’t suggest her enough!Posted on Google![]()

Working with Sarah has been an exceptionally positive experience. Their ability to understand what I meant in my neurodivergent mind, combined with a clear and structured approach, has made a significant difference to me. Sarah brings professionalism and insight to every session. Their ability to translate strategies into practical, sustainable actions has helped me make meaningful progress in areas I had put on the back burner for years. I have felt consistently supported, respected, and understood throughout our work together. I would highly recommend their coaching to anyone seeking knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely effective support.Posted on Google![]()
