ADHD Coaching for Adults Who Know What to Do But Still Can't Do It

ADHD coaching for adults in the UK who understand their neurodivergence but still feel stuck in practice.

I work with individuals and organisations to support executive functioning, reduce overwhelm, and build ways of working that are actually sustainable.

You've done the reading. Now what?

You’ve done the reading. You understand your ADHD or neurodivergence.

You can explain your patterns, name your triggers, describe your defences with surprising accuracy.

And still… nothing has really changed.

You’re still putting off the thing you said you’d do.
Still staying smaller than you know you could be.
Still exhausting yourself trying to function in systems that were never designed for how your brain works.

You don’t need to try harder.
You need something that actually works with your brain.

The gap most people get stuck in

You can understand ADHD really well.

You can name rejection sensitivity, executive functioning, emotional regulation.

But knowing why you do something doesn’t automatically change what happens next.

This is where coaching comes in.

Not to give you more information.
Not to give you another system to try.

But to help you move:

  • from insight to action

  • from self-criticism to self-trust

  • from stuck patterns to something that actually shifts

About Sarah Hardy

I’m Sarah Hardy — an ADHD and neurodiversity coach, and a late-diagnosed ADHDer.

I’m a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and currently completing an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching. I’ve also spent over 20 years working in operational roles, so I understand the realities of deadlines, performance expectations, and workplace pressure.

My work is grounded in psychology, coaching practice, and lived experience.

I work with people who are capable, insightful, and exhausted from trying to make things work in ways that don’t suit them.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you build something that actually fits.
